Participants will be sent an online survey to provide feedback about you based on 7 key questions. Questions include aspects of your performance that others appreciate as well as areas they would recommend changes to.

Answers provided by the participants will be de-identified and coalesced to provide confidentiality of responses for the participants. This encourages honest feedback.

As a reminder … feedback is a gift in the form of an opinion. As the recipient of feedback, you are welcome to agree with it or not, incorporate it or not. However, as we all have blind spots, there is significant value in taking the time to receive the feedback and to legitimately consider it’s validity.
